Bryce Brunz

Born and raised in Mankato, Minnesota, Bryce grew up in an active family, spending his time both in the gym and in the great outdoors. His passion for hunting, fishing, and land stewardship developed at a young age and has remained a constant throughout his life.

Bryce’s dedication on the basketball court led to a successful high school and collegiate career. He played two seasons at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, followed by two additional seasons at University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri. After college, Bryce spent time living in Perth, an experience that broadened his perspective before ultimately calling him back home to Minnesota.

Upon returning, Bryce pursued a career in dirt construction and education. During that time, he discovered a strong interest in real estate—launching his own home inspection business and participating in shared investment properties. Combining his entrepreneurial drive with his lifelong passion for land, Bryce found his true calling.

Today, Bryce proudly serves as a Minnesota Land Specialist with Heritage Land & Auction. He lives in Le Sueur, Minnesota with his wife, Jamie, and their four children—Remi Raye, Indie Jane, Judd, and Boone.

Bryce specializes in helping clients buy and sell land across South Central Minnesota, including Renville County, Sibley County, Redwood County, Le Sueur County, Nicollet County, and surrounding areas.
